Yes, the standard user is for free with an option to upgrade to premium at ₦900 per month. The premium user will have access to our premium service providers who have the GIDN quality seal and have under gone detailed criminal and address background check.

Yes indeed. GIDN does a background check on the professionals included on our platform. Companies are verified with the Corporate Affairs Commision while all individuals are verified independently with their Banking Verification Number or Voter Identiifcation Number. In addition to these, a criminal records and address verification check is done for the premium service providers.

There are no rates for the services provided. Rates are to be agreed with professionals.
For premium users, our customer service team will assist in resolving any case where work needs to be revisited. Revisiting of the works are to be arranged as part of a normal commercial relationship between Client and Professional/Company. Yes, GIDN charges a commision of 10% for all jobs initiated on the platform
